1. About this website.
infraxus.co.nz provides information about Infraxus bookkeeping, lets a business owner contact Liam Collier by text, call or form, lets them book a free 15 minute call, and lets them start a bookkeeping subscription with a free first month. Bookkeeping is performed inside the client's own Xero or QuickBooks Online file.
2. General information only.
All content on this website, including text, visuals and the founder's video, is provided for general information purposes only.
Nothing on this website constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Bookkeeping is a service, not advice. Nothing in it is tax, audit, legal or accounting compliance advice. The monthly note on your numbers is commentary on your own records, prepared in the course of the bookkeeping, and is not a substitute for advice from your own tax agent or lawyer.
3. Standing of the firm.
Infraxus keeps the books. We do not audit or review financial statements and we do not issue any form of assurance. GST returns, payday filing, PAYE and KiwiSaver are available as the add on described in section 4. Year end accounts and income tax returns are available to bookkeeping clients, quoted separately, and that work is done by Liam Collier. Unless you have taken those up with us, you remain responsible for your own filing obligations and their deadlines, and we give whoever handles them a clean file to work from.
4. Bookkeeping subscriptions.
This section applies where you start a monthly bookkeeping subscription through this website.
What is included
We keep your books in your own Xero or QuickBooks Online file. That means the bank and card feeds reconciled every week, transactions coded and receipts matched, accounts payable and receivable kept current, the chart of accounts maintained, and a month end close by the 5th of the following month that leaves a profit and loss, a balance sheet and a cash flow you can rely on. Each month comes with a written note on your numbers, signed off by Liam Collier, and at year end your tax agent gets a clean file and a pack with nothing to reconstruct.
Setup and catch up work
Setting up your file and bringing the books current back to 1 April, the start of the current New Zealand financial year, is included at no extra charge, and is done within 48 hours of our access being granted. Work on periods before that date is quoted separately and in writing, and no such work starts until you have accepted that quote.
Tiers and what sets yours
The subscription is sold in three tiers, priced on your annual turnover: Solo (Under NZ$250K turnover), Team (NZ$250K to NZ$1M turnover) and Growth (NZ$1M to NZ$3M turnover). Each subscription covers one entity and one accounting file. Two or more entities are quoted: one person across all of them, one note for each, and the minor entities are often free on their transaction volume.
The tier you choose is confirmed in the first conversation, inside your free period, so it is settled before you are charged anything. If your turnover falls in a different band, we tell you and you may move to the correct tier or cancel, in either case before the first charge. If your turnover moves you into a different band later, we tell you and the change applies from your next billing date, never retrospectively.
The payroll and GST add on
Payroll and GST returns is an add on to a bookkeeping subscription at NZ$99 a month, up to 10 staff. Payday filing, PAYE and KiwiSaver, every pay run. GST return prepared and filed, every period. Same person who keeps your books. More than 10 staff, quoted. Returns and filings are prepared from your own payroll and accounting records; paying what is due to Inland Revenue by its due date remains yours to do.
Year end accounts and income tax returns
Year end accounts and income tax returns are available to bookkeeping clients, quoted separately. The quote is given in writing and no such work starts until you have accepted it.
The free first month
Every subscription starts with a free month, including the cleanup back to 1 April. The free period is 30 days, and nothing is charged before day 31. No card is needed to start. We confirm fit in the first conversation. We may decline to start, or end the free period at any time before the first charge, by email. If we do, you owe nothing and we remove our access to your file.
Before the free period ends we send you a link to add a card if you want to continue. If no card is on file by the end of the free period, the subscription pauses, nothing is charged and you owe nothing. The work done by then is yours to keep: if the first month has not earned the second, you owe nothing and keep the clean file. If you add a card later, the subscription restarts from that point.
Billing
Once a card is on file, the subscription is billed monthly, month to month, on the same date each month, renewing until you cancel. We email you the day before the first charge so it is never a surprise. Prices are in New Zealand dollars. Prices exclude GST. Where GST applies to a charge it is shown separately. Payment is processed by Stripe: a card is added on Stripe's own secure page, and no card details are held by us at any point.
Prices and the price lock
The monthly price is NZ$149 on Solo, NZ$299 on Team and NZ$499 on Growth, excluding GST. From 1 December 2026 the Team price is NZ$349 and the Growth price is NZ$549. A subscription that starts before 1 December 2026 keeps the price of its tier on the day it starts, for life. The add on is NZ$99 a month, up to 10 staff, excluding GST.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by emailing liam@infraxus.com, or by replying to any email from us. There is no notice period and no exit fee.
Cancel before your next billing date and nothing further is charged. Cancel during the free period and you are never charged at all. Any work we have done by then is still yours to keep, and your Xero or QuickBooks Online file, which was always yours, keeps everything we did in it. We then remove our own user access. After you cancel, the period you have paid for is your last. We finish that period's work and nothing further is charged.
Close guarantee
If month end is not closed by the 5th, that month is free. In these terms that means: when the records we request for a month are with us by the 2nd of the following month and the close for that month is not finished by the 5th, that month's bookkeeping fee is credited or refunded in full.
Access to your accounting file
The subscription runs in your own Xero or QuickBooks Online file. To do the work we need adviser access to your file, which you grant from inside your own file as a user you invite, and which remains yours to revoke at any time from within Xero or QuickBooks Online. We never ask for your online banking password. The file, its data and its history stay yours throughout and after: you own your data and can export it from your file at any time. Our access to your file is removed within 30 days of the engagement ending. Revoking access ends our ability to do the work, so it is treated as notice to cancel unless you tell us otherwise.
5. Texting.
Infraxus texts and calls from one New Zealand number, 0XX XXX XXXX, and Liam Collier writes and sends every message. Texting 0XX XXX XXXX is your consent to a reply by text. When you enter your mobile number on this website, the form says beside it: by sending this you agree to be called or texted about your enquiry. Messages are conversational: replies to you, the call or text you asked for, and once you are a client, conversation about your bookkeeping. We do not send marketing texts. Tell Liam by text or email if you want no more texts and he reaches you by email instead. The privacy policy says how phone numbers and messages are handled.
6. Intellectual property.
The Infraxus brand, the design of this website, the founder's video and all content appearing on infraxus.co.nz remain the intellectual property of Infraxus LLC unless otherwise stated. You may view, download, or print content from the website for personal reference only. You must not reproduce, distribute, or adapt any content on infraxus.co.nz without our prior written consent.
Your accounting file, its data and its history are your property at all times. Each monthly note on your numbers is prepared from your own data and is yours to keep, during the engagement and after it.
7. Third party links and services.
This website links to, and the bookkeeping relies on, third party services: Xero and QuickBooks Online for the accounting file, Calendly for booking a call, and Stripe for payment once you continue past the free month. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, security, or availability. Use of any third party service is governed by that third party's own terms and privacy policy. The Xero or QuickBooks Online subscription itself is separate and paid to them.
8. Privacy.
Our handling of personal information is governed by our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms and is written to the Privacy Act 2020. By using the website, you consent to the collection, processing, and handling of data as described in the privacy policy. Security practices are described on the security and your data page.
9. No warranty.
This website and all content on it is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free access to the website. Scheduled maintenance, upstream provider outages and other circumstances outside our control may affect availability from time to time.
10. Limitation of liability.
To the extent permitted by law, Infraxus LLC and its members and officers are not liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or special, arising from:
- Use of, or inability to use, this website.
- Reliance on general information contained on this website.
- Interruptions, delays, or errors in the website's availability.
- Unauthorised access to, or alteration of, content or transmissions.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or guarantee you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you and that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for clients located in New Zealand.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
For clients located in New Zealand, nothing in this clause overrides any right or guarantee under the consumer protection laws of New Zealand that cannot lawfully be excluded.
